Mail/Fax Orders:
You can mail or fax orders to us, but be specific about style, size and color. Please be sure to add Processing & Shipping cost to the order. Orders delivered to Nevada and Missouri will need applicable tax rates applied.

Customer Satisfaction
We stand behind our products, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange or return any item by complying with the Return Policy set forth below.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your TYJ products, we will gladly exchange or refund any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please pack the item, complete and include the Exchange and Return form on the back of your original packing slip, and ship the item by a trackable means (UPS/FedEx) prepaid to:

Please note that TYJ will not reimburse you for any shipping or handling costs.
Credit Card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within one billing cycle. The purchase price of the item will be credited back to your original method of payment.
If you find we have shipped the wrong item, or it has been damaged in transit, please call 1-877-548-3895, or email us at service@trustyourjourney.com with your order number, name, address and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. We will make all reasonable steps to cure the problem in an expeditious manner.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the shipping rates set forth apply for each address.
Standard Delivery
Normal shipping time takes 5 to 7 business days from the date you ordered your goods. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may take up to 10 business days from the date you ordered your goods.
2nd Day and Next Day Delivery**
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. CST can be processed within 1 business day and can be shipped either Next Day or 2nd Day Air. This service is available in continental United States only.
No weekend or holiday delivery available.
Our warehouse will be closed for nationally recognized holidays. Please add one business day to shipping time frames during these holidays.

Shipments to CANADA will be shipped USPS. NOTE: There is No Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping is available at this time. Shipments to Canada usually arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.

Trust Your Journey Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 (US Dollars) and can be redeemed online. The TYJ gift card will contain a personal message from you in a TYJ notecard and shipped in a recyled gift box wrapped in a rafia tie with Seed Paper.
To use your TYJ gift card on line simply:- Enter your gift card number at checkout
- The gift card amount will be applied toward your purchase. If your purchase exceeds the balance, you will need a credit card for the remaining amount.
